Exit Lake Shore Drive/Rte. 41 at Lawrence Avenue. Turn west onto Lawrence. Drive west to Kenmore Avenue and turn right (north). The Church is on the right side. Note: In May 2019, the former Parishes of St. Ita (5500 N. Broadway) and St. Thomas united to form the Parish of Mary, Mother of God. In Sept. 2020, St. Gregory the Great (5545 N. Paulina St.) joined the union, now with three worship sites. St. Ita is the Parish Church and Parish Office location (1220 W. Catalpa Ave.).
