Note: In July 2022, the former Parishes of St. James and Immaculate Conception (IC) (770 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park) merged to establish a new parish, Christ Our Hope Parish, with two worship sites. IC serves as the main church and the parish office location (770 Deerfield Rd, Highland Park, IL 60035).
