The church is at the corner of Carroll St. and 6th Ave. The Parish Office is at the corner of Presidents St. and 6th Ave. Note: As of July 2024, a new parish with two churches was created by merging the former parishes of St. Augustine (116 6th Ave) and St. Francis Xavier. St. Francis serves as the parish church and the location of the parish office. Open for private prayer: Monday- Friday, 8 am-12 pm.Bulletins
