From I-94, exit at East Grand Avenue/IL-132. Continue east to Jackson Street (pass Green Bay Rd./IL-131). Turn left (north) onto Jackson St. to Glen Flora Avenue. Turn right (east) onto Flora, go two blocks to Poplar Street and turn right (south). The church will be right after passing the school. Note: On July 1, 2020, the former St. Anastasia and St. Dismas (2600 Sunset Ave.) Parishes in Waukegan united to form a newly established parish named Little Flower Parish, with two worship sites (still as of Oct 2022), where St. Dimas is the Main Parish Church and the Parish Office location. Sacramental records and other materials pertaining to the two former parishes are kept at St. Dismas Church campus.
