From Brooklyn Queens Expressway driving east, away from Downtown Brooklyn exit at Flushing Ave. At the light make a left (west) onto Flushing Ave. At the 5th traffic light make a left (south) onto Clermont Ave. The church's main entrance is on Clermont Avenue. The Office is behind the church, on Adelphi Street. Note: Mary of Nazareth Parish came into existence in the years 2007-2011, when the Parishes of Sacred Heart (founded 1875), St Lucy–St Patrick (founded 1845), and St Michael–St Edward (founded 1890) merged into Mary of Nazareth Parish which serves the former parish communities with worship services at the churches of Sacred Heart, where the Parish Office is located, and St Lucy–St Patrick (285 Willoughby Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11205).
