The Church is at the corner of Central Ave. Note: A Mission Church of St. Rita of Cascia Parish (Mancos) and part of the Montelores Catholic Community, a Parish Cluster formed by the union of four churches in the Montezuma and Dolores Counties, served by one pastor: St. Margaret Mary Parish (Cortez), its Mission of St. Jude (Dove Creek), St. Rita of Cascia Parish, and its Mission of Our Lady of Victory. The Parish Center and Offices are at 20 S Market St., Cortez, CO 81321, three blocks south of St. Margaret Mary, the Main Church.
