The church is located at the corner of Newtown Avenue and Crescent Street. It is open weekdays from 7 am to 7 pm. Saturday, 7 am to 6 pm. Sunday, 7 am to 4 pm. Note: Back in 2005, as part of an overall parish reconfiguration plan, the former parish of St. Margaret Mary Chapela (9-18 27th Ave., Astoria) merged with Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish. However, soon after, St. Margaret's Church was permanently closed.
