Note: In July 2024, the former parish of St. Teresa of Avila, including its secondary church of Our Lady of Fatima (Canadohta Lake), merged with St. Thomas the Apostle Parish and was subsequently designated a mission church. Soon after (August), Our Lady of Fatima was relegated to profane but not sordid use and permanently closed. The Parish Office is located behind St. Thomas Church.
