Note: In July 2020, the former parishes of St. Matthias (No services being held) and Queen of Angels (2330 W Sunnyside Ave.) unified to establish the Parish of Queen of Apostles with two churches. Queen of Angels is the Parish Church and Parish Office location: 4412 N. Western Ave.
