Note: In July 2021, the former Parishes of St. Joseph and St. Blase (6101 S 75th Ave., Summit-Argo) united to establish the new Blessed Martyrs of Chimbote Parish with two worship sites. St. Blase is the Parish Church, mainly offering Mass and services in Spanish and Polish, and the Parish Office location. Office Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
