The Church is at the corner of 189th St. and 91th Ave. NOTE: The parishes in Queens of St. Gerard Majella and the Incarnation (89-43 Francis Lewis Blvd., Queens Village) partnered in a joint mission and resources. As of Nov. 2023, they are still in the process of merging, awaiting the next step. They already share the clergy, office staff, events, a website, and weekly bulletins.
