The Chapel is located in the Rectory/Office building -enter through the parking lot. Note: In March 2023, the Bradford Catholic Community merged into one Parish, St. Bernard of Clairvaux Parish, formed by uniting the former parishes of St. Bernard and St. Francis of Assisi, including its secondary church, Our Mother of Perpetual Help, which was permanently closed soon after. In April 2025, the status of St. Francis of Assisi Church was reduced to that of a secondary church without mission status, meaning that only occasional weekday Masses, funerals, and weddings are permitted.
