From Questa, drive on Rt 522 North for about 20 miles. Turn left (NW) onto State Rte 516. Go for half mile; stay left onto Church Plz Rd/B-055. (Don't take Co Rd 55). Go on Church Plz Rd for 0.2 mile. The Church will be on the left. Note: Sagrado Corazon is a Mission Chapel of the Parish of St. Anthony (10 Church Plaza, Questa, NM 87556), along with the Missions of Santo Niño (Amalia), Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe (Cerro), and Saint Edwin (Red River).
