From I-90/94 take Roosevelt west towards Blue Island Ave. After the light at Blue Island, the church will be on the right side. Note: In July 2019, the former parishes of Notre Dame de Chicago (1335 W. Harrison St.) and Holy Family united to form the Parish of Our Lady of the Holy Family, initially with two worship sites. A year later, the Parish moved all operations to Notre Dame. And Holy Family reverted to its Jesuit roots as a focal point of St. Ignatius College Prep's spiritual formation. As of July 2020, only a First Friday Mass, weddings, christenings, and burial services are celebrated at Holy Family.
