From I-55, take Exit 283/Harlem Ave/IL-43. Turn south onto Harlem. Drive south to 61st Street. Turn right (west) onto 61st St. and go 3 blocks. Enter parking lot right before 75th Ave. The Church faces 61st Place. Note: In July 2021, the former Parishes of St. Blase and St. Joseph (7240 W. 57th St., Summit) united to establish the new Blessed Martyrs of Chimbote Parish with two worship sites. St. Blase is the Parish Church, mainly offering Mass and services in Spanish and Polish, and the Parish Office location. Office Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.Bulletins
